The purchase
process.
Clear from start to finish. Buying a new-build home isn't something you do every day. That's why we make it straightforward. You know where you stand — and what comes next.
The steps
Step 1
Register
Interested in HutSpot? Register now. You create a personal account and stay informed about the project through the digital newsletter.
Step 2
Submit your preferences
Some homes go into pre-sale. During this phase, you submit your preferences per build number via the housing finder, based on a price range.
Step 3
Register your interest
Some homes go on sale. During this phase, the definitive sale prices per build number are visible in the housing finder. Are your preferences still current, or would you like to update them? Then register within the set deadline using the registration form in your personal account.
Step 4
Allocation
After the registration deadline, homes are allocated.
Step 5
Sales meeting
Have you been allocated a home? The estate agent will invite you for an option sales meeting. During the meeting, you can choose to take an option on the build number. An option is granted for a maximum of one week, giving you time to decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
Step 6
Purchase and construction agreement
When you decide to buy, the next step is that the purchase and construction agreement is drawn up and signed.
Step 7
Financing
You are given time to finalise your financing arrangements.
Step 8
Transfer of ownership
The transfer of ownership takes place at the notary — and the home is officially yours.
Can you picture yourself living here?
Maybe you already feel it. That sense that a place is right for you.
